Urban developers has launhed Air-avenue Luxury apartments.

I would like to know the experts opinion including CMY regarding this project.

These apparments were first launched and booked about 2 years ago. First Urban booked all these towers and FORGOT to develop already paid towers first that were to be constructed first because they got paid first on these towers. Urban developers started development work FIRST on least booked tower so they could gain more value due to its development status BUT what is the fault of people that took chance in falling market and booked first towers made payments on time.
I am sorry my values didt allow me to attend the second and relaunch of these apparment towers and be part of booking team for these appartment.. Since I didt attend the second relaunch I dont have all the needed details to give you more info about current booking. I belive the people that have booked and paid the first towers amount have the right to move in these apartments first.
I also know Urban will still be able to sell these apartments soon with us but for me its not fair to support this practice in any way. Urban Developers lately is turning into the fast money minting machine just like Bahria town and ignoring its old customers and will loose the trust of these old customers like Bahria town. Urban use to be a great company with customers first philosophy but now its just like all others in this property field that just want to keep booking NEW things and forget they will have to make delivery of old projects and on time delivery to people that pay one time.
