Which one is best choice Sukh Chain or Bahria Town?
And can I get a 5 Marla Plot/House in Sukh Chain or Bahria? And if I can get then whats the price?

I believe Such chayn is better developed but Bahria town is much better choice to live.

Market price of 1 Marla in Sukh Chayen is probably 19 to 23 lac in open market. A little too expansive at this stage but it would be a nice area to live in future.
5 Marla prices in Bahria, sector B are 11 to 13 lac.
