Rental Market in DHA, Phase IV, Lahore
Kindly let me know the approximate monthly rentals of a 15 Years Old building in Defence HH Sector Phase IV.
- 4 Bed Room Independednt 1 Kanal Unit (Drawing, Dinning, Parking Lot for 4 Cars, 4 Bed Rooms with Tiled Baths, Kitchen, Pantry, Store and Servant Quarter)
- 2 Bed Rooms Independednt Upper Portion of a 1 Kanal Corner House in Defence Phase IV, Sector HH.
Independent Parking of 1 Car, Living, Drawing Dinning, Kitchen, Store Room, 2 Bed Rooms with Tiled washrooms and a big terrace). Independent entrance, since it is a portion of a Corner House.
Would appreciate a fair rental for such kind of options.

4 Marla rent full building rent is 1 to 1.5 lacs.
7 Marla rent for full building is 2 to 3.50 lacs
4 Marla rent ground floor rent is 35000 to 50000
7 Marla rent ground floor rent is 80000 to 120000
4 Bed Room Independent 1 Kanal Unit rent is 50000 to 65000
2 Bed Rooms Independent Upper Portion of a 1 Kanal rent is 20000 to 24000.
