i have a file at DHAI phase 2 ext block T
i want to know that DHA has announced that
"Allotment certificate holders of Sector A upto Sector K are intimated that they should convert their allotment certificate into allotment letters before 31st Oct, 09."
1)r they doing seperate re-ballot of sector A-K ?
& they got plots in good locations of New sector A & B?
2)or all the sectors from A - T will have equal chance to get plots in new sectors A & B?
3)i have a file in sector 'T', will i get any benefit if i convert my certificate to allotment letters now?
4)will they also include me in re-balloting of sectors A-K, if i i convert my certificate to allotment letters now?
please give your sincere advice

I have been told by some property dealer that DHA Islamabad has impossed additional Rs.14 lac other than development Rs.6 lac charges on all 1 kanal plots of DHA Phase-II ext. Is this news correct? |

If you have file in 'T' block then you have to wait for any further announcement from DHA. As far as sector A-K file holdes are concerned, DHAI will give them allotment letters in new A/B blocks. those having earlier block files will get plots near and those having files in later blocks will get far. Ofcourse this process will not be that transparent but somehow previous sequence will be followed. It will be very unfair if DHAI gives block K files holder a plot very cear and block A file holder very far.
Regarding extra development charges, i also heard the same. somebody told me that as there are no allotments for army officers in DHAi Phase 2 ext so DHAi can increase development charges as much as it can. development charges for army officers are same for civilian so where army officers are alloted plots , development charges are not very high. But DHA will not care for civilians.....as seen in DHA valley. |

very simple to understand
1, at beginning A to K certificates were allotted to army officers and sold in market around 40 lac rupees,so the developing cost is less and arranged in first two blocks.
2,others certificates were issued to effect es i.e one certificate against 4 kanal land,so in this case development charges will more and must be on the back of other block. |
