Considering the plot initial cost and the possibity for good sale/rental value of the constructed property, I shal be grateful for your kind input as to what place would be suitable to purchase a 4 to 5 marla plot and construct a plaza over it.
I have been considering areas such as Pakistan Town (close to PWD), G-15, DHAI phase 2, E 11( very expensive as price is above 1 crore), Bahria River commerical view( stil not ready) but am confused and would request advice of the expert brothers.

Thats true...You can find videos on Facebook show you how to open and close a bag just using a Rs.2 piano ball point,,and it looks as if it was never touched.
Better idea to put some strong Packing or plastic tapes on zips or complete bag wraps before giving in for baggage,,,
idea is to minimize chance of bag being selected for theft !!! |
