Additional Rs.14 lac charges on all 1 kanal plots DHA Isb Phase-II Ext,

I have been told by some property dealer that DHA Islamabad has impossed additional Rs.14 lac other than development Rs.6 lac charges on all 1 kanal plots of DHA Phase-II ext. Is this news correct?

A to K sector development charges 6 lac and others 10 lac rupees.

This is getting ridiculous! In my opinion development charges should not be there and the price of the file should reflect them at the start. They only show that the developer is a bad project manager unable to forecast the price of the project. But then, these fraudi people delay the projects soo much that by the time they start doing something on the ground the prices of materials have changed too much.

I think the potential for honest land developers is great in Pakistan. CMY sahab, I think you should also look into this business.

DHAI overseas sector have development charges of USD16000 for 1K plot, and it comes to around 14 lacs.
however, for regular sectors from a to k it is 6 lacs.

this info is correct as per last week, because i personally handled these two cases.
