CDA opening new sector F-13 soon,

The end result of this sector F-13 will be not different as newly balloted sector I-16 had. Sector F-13 was announced by Nawaz Shrif government in 1996/97 for overseas Pakistanis @ USD 50,000 for 500 yards plot but badly failed so will happen this time.

CDA has to develop the sectors they have already sold out I-14,I-15,I-16, E-12 and D-12 to restore their credibility and to gain people faith but this department is shameless now.

CDA should first get the possession of F-11/1 Sector (now called Bheka Seyadaan Village), remaining part of D-12 (Srisaral Village), and the complete E-12 sector. It's been 20 years since CDA is unable to get this land.

I foresee the first house to be constructed on F-13 sector somewhere in the year 2110 (if the existing Zardari regime let Pakistan live that long)

impossible that cda develop f/13,even can not able to provide sector road to d/12.
