I am sorry for asking but you can reply, I wanna know that why do you wana sell this plot when there are some good news roaming in the market that Central Park is going to be a part of DHA EME. Please share your information in this regard.
F Block is not a bad Block as development work is undergo and will be completed within next few months as promised by Urban Developers.

khurra: I have already been offered between 750000 and 775000, I want to sell at 8 lac.

Observer: I know what you mean and yes the news is good but the plot is being sold on an urgent basis because of the need of immediate cash for personal reasons. It is a very good price and a good future investment.
