Sector D -12 Islamabad,

I understand in the present circumstances one can hardly expect some thing good will be going around but still I would like to ask this question from my friends in Islamabad if they can witness

what is the current status of sector D -12. what is exactly going on there and what portion of this sector CDA id going to hand over and when ?
Also what is the future of this sector? :h

Development work is near completion. Speed of work is slow but till June 2010 (maximum) u can start construction in D-12. Future of D-12 for living purpose is very bright.For investment purpose keeping in view the economic and law order situation of country very difficult to predict.

Future of PHA apartments is good; as per my info C type and E Type are under construction in G-11 and D Type in G-10.Location of D type is very good.Profit minimum 12 lekh for E Type 15 lekh for D Type and 18 lekh for C type.
Covered area for information of valued readers
C type 1100 Sq feet
D type 900 Sq feet
E type 700 Sq feet.
Flats of FGEHF G-11/3 are near completion and good for living in near future.
