Dear CMY and Hussain kaisrani sb and valuable friends, could you please inform me which is better option for buying plot among bahria sector A or B. From the map sector A seems near to thokar niaz baig, but prices in sector B seems higher. I am planning to buy 1 kanal in bahria lahore. :h

Sector A is close not only to Thokar but also to Canal road itself but it was developed about 10 years ago. As it is almost close end of Bahria Town Lahore so its growth has stopped. Sector B has many avenues in it so its going ahead in all respects BUT Sector C is supposed to grow even more.
As all of major projects and facilities are in or around Sector B so it attracts the buyer more than Sector A.
For me Sector B or Sector C is a better option than Sector A. Brother CMY and other friends are requested to guide us about it. |

Purely for living purposes, no walking traffic. A smaller residential enclave with plots from 2 kanal to 10 marlas, no commercial traffic coming in and out, No late night traffic. If that all is likable than Sector 'A'. If halla gulla and commercial proximity than b and c are fine. C might have an edge over B slightly but not much. Prices in B are higher because some people like larger communities. I have some how likes 'A' lot more than B or C. Why don't you visit and have a feel by yourself, next time you are in Pakistan. |
