When is the balloting for Phase 8 expected. It's been a long time. Anyone would be interested to sahre any valuable information.

when they collect a application for plot they become so tired that they need a rest 4 to 20 years

I believe DHA want to poulate other phases first.
If DHA-8 development starts today then every body will jump on this alone and the rates of other phases will drop significantly.

My speculation is that it is purely land acquisition issue. DHA does not have land in Hand to Ballot the full phase.

yes mr jamil is right. dha dose not have land n market is full of plots files
