Thanks for the reply i would definitely wait for few more months now, as the news is untill and unless Urban Developers wont finish their develpment work at central park they wont get paid by DHA now Urban Developers are thinking that this is their obligation to finish the job, so its worth waiting for a little more time as the prices are already going up as the market suggests, things will be very different in three to four months time.
