I personally think that its worth living at central park in couple of years time, as soon as DHA will take over they will do the things their way. Yes you are right it is on the outskirt of lahore but we are all aware that the ring road is touching Ferozepur Road at Sui Asil then Raiwind Road is going to be broadened very shortly which is right at the back of Central Park then Defence Road, i think that Johar Town is only 7 km from Ferozepur Road and all these projects i mean roads wont be a problem for DHA they can finish these projects in months as soon as they take over, plus as a powerful authority DHA dont need anyone's permission before starting these sort of projects, but to be honest you cant compare the prices of Central Park after becoming DHA EME Sector 2 with EME Sector 1 right now but it will definitely pay you in near future.

I am owner of 4 plots in Cental Park and quite annoyed with the management of Central Park who did not develop the project even after 5 year of its commencement. Urban Developers are habitually multiplying their projects instead of completing the old projects. I will be happy if Urban Developers do realize the pain of its members and committed to speed up its development work.
I agree with your observation regarding decision of living in Central Park in near future but I guess it will take long time to settle all such issues. I personally think that the prices will gradually go up even after merger into DHA EME.
I would to draw your attention towards the remarks of CMY who still believes that its only 1% change of merger of Central Park into DHA EME and really give value its observation either its true or not as after all he use to give honest opinion.
I would like to request CMY to respond on it and share its updated information about Central Park.
