Dear Friends

I need professional advise from you... someone is selling me plot of 10 Marla Cornor but size is 67 front and 34 in... do u guys thing that plot size is good or that will look like Train house ?

I know normal plot of 1 kanal is 50 x 90 however this is originaly 27 Marla plot and they are selling 10 marlas from there..
