Development is going on in G-16. Is anyone know (1) How much development has made so far and what is the milestone to complete development?
(2) What is the selling price range of One Kanal plot
Secondly can someone comment on comparison between G-16 vs F-16 and which one is recommended for investment ? Thanks to all friends

G-16 is better investment in term of location and rates... |

G-16 and F-16 both are good location ... But it will be your grand children who will receive this plot when they grow up. They have to be muscular and wealthy as well so they can fight and pay endless development charges.
G-15 is underdevelopment since 1976 and you can see in 33 years how much of work this developer has completed and calculate G-16/17 if you think I am exaggerating. |
