With all due respect, but we must not twist the facts.
DHA transfer cost is highest - no comparison.
DHA (Ph 5) 1 kanal transfer Cost is over 2.5 Laks
This includes memebr ship Fee + CVT + etc etc
I have no soft corner for Bahria but DHA would not waive any fee as well. |

Dears:
Belive me we are all the same as nation. Do not talk about Malik or etc etc. We all are corrupt, dishonest as nation. We are nowhere in ranking for good qualities. As we are as we look irrespective of politician, businessman etc. There may be 10% good people but they are under crushing and target of all bad people around.
Let us realistic. |
