One should never loose hope, i do understand that the present security and political situation is not conducive for property investment, but as a true pakistani we have to live and die here, anyway i would suggest that this is the peak time for property investment anywhere in Lahore, though i have reservation with Urban Developers, as per their promise they should have given the possession of Central Park in 2006, but if we get rid of Central Park management and DHA takes it over as it seems then it is a very good investment. A few years back people use to say that Johar Town is a jungle now people are saying the same thing about central park or DHA EME SECTOR.

Dear Nasir Bahi,
You are right as far as your opinion about HOPE is concerned. I do agree with you and would like to add that its time to think over for country not for himself/herself. What ever the circumstances will be faced by us. We can attempt to change this system by the power of our Vote but unfortunately we become so stupid that time and again believe on the promises on these corrupt politicians. I think we should give a change to new ones in which IMRAN KHAN IS OUR PROUD and is a true Pakistani which have courage to change the system.
Regarding Urban Developers, I am surprised that how come they are once again advertising to invite people to invest in Air Avenue Flat despite they are time test and proved a Deceiver group.
Yes IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF Central Park is merged into DHA EME sector 2, then there is hope of get compensated.

We are a nation of hopes and lackin taking action. We were in primary school when war started in Afghanistan back in 1977-78. Now we are on wrong side of thirties our country could uinot get out of bomb blasts, drug trafficking, corruption. Hope is an injection which sedate all of us as a whole and we start longing for a change from people sitting in government. |
