Any news about the plots in DHAI Phase-2 Extension, which are now part of the express highway?
Is the new map out and what DHA would do to the plot holders?

i don't understand,express road is just a main road of phase11ext,it is not a big deal.

Dear Atiq Raja! shall we invest in lowest priced files of phase II Ext now (PQRST)since the price is rock bottom. Is there any profit to be taken in future. Pl. comment in detail keeping in mind the development time frame and the development charges likely to be imposed. Best Regards

plots which came in way of expressway are reallocated to 'Overseas sector'. my brother's plot which was in block-C was reallocated, and now he has to pay 16000USD as development charges. whereas, those in normal blocks A-K have to pay 6 lacs in development charges. However, u can make application for relocation in regular blocks if not interested in overseas sector. (please do not confuse overseas sector with overseas block of DHA valley).
new map of regular blocks is not out yet; but map of overseas sector is available.

As per the information provided by DHA Islamabad on their website, all existing alltotments (whether they are in Sector A or Sector T)will be re-allocated into A, B, C and D block. It means that file holder of Sector S or T has equal chance of getting plot in any other sector.
