It seems by looking on the rate list of dha phase 5 plots that prices of plots are increased by 10 lacs as compared to last few days even in this bad law and order situation.
Being a prospective buyer i want to have ur expert advice that whether one should wait for a while buying plot in phase 5 or i already missed the band wagon?
