Property Prices and Economic & Political Situation of Pakistan,

(55478)
Thursday, October 29, 2009 04:57 AM

If you are following the daily price summary put on this forum by Mr. CMY, you will realize that property prices are rapidly falling. New investers have stopped buying and sellers are not willing to sell their plots/files (with exception of those who are needy) at these low prices on loss.

This is all happening due to the existing political situation in Pakistan. We can understand that the situation in the NWFP is not good and our Army is fighting American war there. However, the politicians are equally frustrating us.

Zardari’s and his regime’s face is already black due to their known corrupt nature and open corruption that is going on in this country. However, Nawaz Sharif and his party are also fully responsible. It is proved now that these “so-called leaders” are actually dwarfs. They are all the production of deals and are implanted by their foreign masters. Look what Nawaz Sharif did. Him and his party was boasting to file case against Musharaf. King of Saudi Arabia called both of them and since then everyone is quiet now.

The recent meeting among Zardari Regime and Nawaz Sharif was equally frustrating. Both of them have only one thing in their minds…..their own interest. For them Pakistan should go to hell, they will only consider betterment of themselves and their “Princes” and “Princesses”.

Personally speaking, I had a lot of hopes from Nawaz Sharif. God had given his new life, both physically and politically. People forgot what he did in late 90s. And he started off with the right slogans. People voted for him and he betrayed. Now, if he continued like this, very soon his end with be the same with Zardari and Musharaf.

Pakistan has came to being to live forever (InshaAllah). This difficult time will not remain forever. The *ssholes will soon see the hell and our nation will soon be glorified. InshaAllah

Long Live Pakistan and People of Pakistan.

Hell to the Corrupt Politicians, Dictators, and their Supporters!!

Dear Friends,
What will be the point that pakistan will survive when innocent children and women were burned to death in recent peshawar blast and many more which were and will happened in future.
On the other hand Americans are moving around freely in there black screen vehicles with arms and taking illegal photographs and when they r caught our sold beurocrates and politicians released them.
Allah in sub ka hashar humay dekha day chahay zardari ho ya nawaz sharif ho ya koi aor ho jo masoom pakistanioon ka katil ho.

Dear AD, ddd, Shahid and real observer,
The people like you are the asserts of this country who have not let their hope die and have keen observation concerning to this country affairs. I agree with ddd that one day will be recognized a dignified nation and now we have to have rise as we are already on the bottom of every where.
I have many other reasons to sustain this hope alive i.e. Imran Khan who is diamond and real assert of Pakistan. Abdul Star Ehdi and many such characters are striving hard in their domain to make this nation alive.
I pray that Imran get change to lead this country and we could see ourselves rising as a dignified nation. We have no other option other than Imran Khan which is best option bestowed by Allah Almighty to this nation

Most richest man in Pakistan is Mian Nawaz Sharif and the most corrupt man in Pakistan is also Mian Nawaz Sharif who has paid Rs. 5000 income tax in year 2008 and showed Rs 5 lacs assets. Everybody knows who are responsible for all the problems which our country is facings, these were military dictators and politicians belong to "QUOMI ITTEHAD and IJI"

niak replied on Thursday, October 29, 2009 11:22 AM

in pakistan i found out that all ppp supporters are poor people from poor background like taxi drivers, chugi wala, kisayi people call them kami kameen. even the few richest people i saw in e-11 they were bigest supporter of ppp but when i found out their background, they were kami kameen as well. what is this mind set in pakistan? that is the case ppp can never win from big cities where most of the people are educated and from good background.

Very mean & bias comments of Niak, i think he belongs to the Bill Gate family.

Chaudhry Mateen replied on Thursday, October 29, 2009 01:52 PM

I think, Pakistan, now has to move beyond PPP and PML(N). Both the parties failed to deliver when their leadership was required.

These two parties are run by bunch of self centered personalities. They have no vision and plan for Pakistan.

It is time to start supporting fresh blood in Pakistan politics, like Imran Khan. He is very straight forward and have the courage to speak the truth. Although, I do not agree with his stance on the Military operation in Swat and South Waziristan, I would still support him.

ABD replied on Thursday, October 29, 2009 03:14 PM

Pakistan neads a leadership who has no interest but to serve.
I strongly suggest and see this talent in IMRAN KHAN.

Amjad replied on Thursday, October 29, 2009 03:24 PM

Imran Khan is an excellent crickter, excellent charity worker, honest, straight forward but sorry to say he is zero in in politics, it is better for him to involve himself only in charity and educational matters.

Ahmad replied on Thursday, October 29, 2009 03:37 PM

MashAllah, very encouraging comments. Lets spread the hopes, and vanish the disappointment. Our lovely country will InshAllah progress and lead the nations. With hopes we need to put our efforts and make duas as well. I know many of my PhDs and MSc foreign qualified friends are working hard, doing research, and helping many to make their future bright in Pakistani institutes and organizations.

Lets say enough is enough. Lets correct our niyaa (intension) to work for true Islam, trustworthy nation, and prctice real Islam. We need to make istigfar for our sins, and promise not to tell lies, never engage in corruption, will respect all, pray 5 times. Believe me if we make our connection with Allah and worry about our Eiman and work for our Akhira, our all problems will start solving immidiately. Allah will have mercy on us, and we will get rightous leaders and there will be barakat everywhere.

Lets spread the teachings of islam daily to remind ourselves and our loved ones. Allah has made Muslims to lead the world, and InshAllah we will lead, by help of Allah.

ABD replied on Thursday, October 29, 2009 04:21 PM

Brother Amjad if Imran Khan can do charity works and promote education matters with out having any authorities in hand just imagine how good he can be if he has power in hand.

If I agreed with you that he is not a good politician then may I ask what the quality of a good politician is ?
For me it is enough that he speak true believe me he is good in any shape you farm him to successes. Please try it .

yyesss replied on Friday, October 30, 2009 12:29 AM

If Imran Khan is president, I AM MOVING BACK TO PAKISTAN !!!!!
YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anwar replied on Friday, October 30, 2009 04:04 AM

Imran khan is not in power that's why he can only speak and speak like Q league's people are doing these days ( they have forgot wht have they done in their time). It's quite easy to Criticise or to be straight forward in views when one is not in power but quite hard to deliever any thing after getting power.

GM replied on Friday, October 30, 2009 04:06 AM

Dear All,
I strongly request to all those who never talk positive even on very serious matter, please mend yourself as its a need of time now.
I totally agree with my brother Chaudhry Mateen, ABD and Yyesss.
Please all other, We should be thankful Allah who bestowed Imran Khan among us. Please recognize him. Please give opportunity to prove.
I wish all of you can see the difference between Imran Khan and other all politician. Imran Khan is just a last hope and I have firm belief that God must give him change to serve his nation. May Allah bestow him healthy long life and he keep struggling till all Pakistani understand his worth and support him from the core of their heart.
Before I was a big vote for Nawaz Sharif but I think its never too late to mend and I have done it

Imran Khan Zindabaad

We will only regret when we dont have a leader like him any more. Name any sincere leader since Quaid-e-Azam and Bhutto who is as brilliant and truthful like Imran Khan. Its our own loss to ignore him while we clearly know he is far better than Sharif, Zardari, Madari, etc.

Sammy replied on Friday, October 30, 2009 09:03 AM

Its encouraging to see people are hopeful about the future. I dont mean to bring everyone down but lets face the reality. We are quick to blame our politicians, i.e. Nawaz is corrupt, Zardari is 10%, Altaf Hussain is Jahil, etc. Have you ever thought why is every politician target of our frustration after he/she has been in power, case in point, Benazir, Nawaz, Musharaf, Altaf, etc. May be because these people are a reflection of our society which is openly corrupt. Lets do some soul searching and ask ourself if we are put in a position of power, are we going to be any different than Zardari and Nawaz? Accountability starts with ourselves first, how many can honestly say they havent received/given bribes (while in Pakistan) to find a convenient shortcut rather than following proper procedure?

I will go out on a limb and say 98% of people are corrupt by choise or by necessity in Pakistan. When a society is so corrupt and qualified people dont have the opportunity to equal opportunities, exactly that happens to the nation what is happening to us. There is no social justice.

I might be in minority but I honestly dont see any bright future for Pakistan, I think it is a failed state and if we continue on the path we are on, only destruction and anarchy awaits us. If Zardari is our leader, there is no further discussion where we are headed (again Zardari is a reflection of the people).

As the Late George Carlin would say we are CTD (circiling the drain).

just my opinion and no I am neither a Raw agent nor an Indian, just a humble Pakistani.

GM replied on Saturday, October 31, 2009 03:40 AM

I am fully agreed with my brother Sammy as far as his opinion "Our so-called Leaders are the reflection of our own society" but I don't agree that this nation is going to be destroyed. Even I think in a way that this country was just waiting such leaders who bring this nation near to destruction, so that we as nation could realize sensitivity of crises are ahead. This kind of turn over require this kind of circumstance we are passing through.
I once again invite all my Brothers and Sisters to asses throughly that who is worst and who is best for Pakistan. We have Imran Khan and lets campare him with our time tested Fraud Politicians.
Our right decision may save us and this nation
May Allah Bless all of us
