I am a small business holder in sahiwal. I got a saving of aprx.5 Million.
I want to invest that in a nice and profitable plot/House in any good society in Lahore.
You are related to that field and have experience and knowledge.
You may please advise me that where should i buy?
I want to keep that for a profit purpose but may be in future I consruct my house there.
You may please advise me regarding that.

For someone in Sahiwal, a place on south Multan Road like Bahria or Sukh Chain Garden should be good... |

For investment/profit. Best would be to buy files of DHA Phase 9/10 or divide it in file of DHA and a plot in Bahria. |

if you intend to hold for 3 years you may invest in phase 6 or good Blocks of Phase 7, If you make a deal at good price now you can get 1.5X Back in 3 years. |
