What is the lowest Price of 1 Kanal Plot in State Life Phase 2. Where it is located. and the prices includes Development Charges. or will it be later on. Thanks |

Dear Mir, I just want to answer partly to your questions. State life phase 2, nothing there but only land (Rqba). Prices are from 8 to 12 for one kanal according to the location. Highest prices are in CC block and lowest in JJ block. Development charges are included in the price range given. About MAP I don't have not much information to share with you. |

I'm planning 2 buy 1 kanal plot in sl2. any body have any inf. abt sl2 because since last 4 months hot rumour was there sl2 merging in dha-9/10 and if you go on latest lahore schemes map sl2 is not there only sl1 and dha9/10 are there. |

It is very difficult that DHA will take state life while keep out SUI GAS 2 and HBFC out of from its Phase 5. There are low chances for State life also. 9-10 has wide approach to ring road and may not need exit from such societies. But on the other hand State life company has land in pockets in that area. There land is not in one area. May be this will be reason that DHA will take state life. But looking physically the area it looks difficult. |

I have a 1k plot in SL II. If you are interested, kindly provide ur email & I will let you know the details. To me the question is immaterial whether it will be taken over by the DHA or not because the reality about its superb location remains the same. |

No way that banker's town will be in DHA. Half of this society is effected because of its location under flyover. Rest is in bad condition. No mosque, No grave yard and more than half of its area is covered by the back of village (Khamaha). From my sources it has also multiple file allotments. Prices range are 19 onwards for one Kanal. |
