Dear Sir !

I checked the plot location and the area. Its behind Rakh Dera Chal, near a main grave yard. Boundry of Defence and close to BRB. You know the situation better than me.I know inspite of all these things, its in my budjet and My fair offer is 20 lacs cash for 1404 Y. I want to construct my own home there. If you can sort that out for me. I appreciate.

Kashif Rasheed sahib If its that bad location plot you should not invest any money in it save your hard earned 20 lacs. None of the plots in DHA 7 are under 24 lacs. Even facing Ganda nala and facing grave yard are not available under 24 lacs.

I thinks at 25.50 lacs Y 1404 is a great location. Y 1404 final price is 25.50. Al this low price.

Thanks for reply. Can you plz tell me that what is current situation in Y block , I mean when will that plot will ready to construct home? and what's the current development situation in other blocks?
I got your number and plz tell me some more details regarding that deal, e.g: time for payment and transfer etc. You may also contact me on my mail. [ ]{I just mention 20 lacs because one of my friend from Johar Town told me that he got a plot 1 Kanal in DHA-7, Y block for 22.35lacs. That's y i mentioned my offer}. I know its not an ideal location but for me its ideal due to its low price. You can understand.

Kashif sahib thanks for phone and call. As I told you in DHA 7 no plot is sold under 24 lacs. Some "BAD DEALERS" sell DHA 7 files to un aware people as DHA 7 plots. The rate you told me is only possible for a DHA 7 allocation file. Allocation file for DHA 7 is available even under 20 lacs BUT buyer MUST pay 9 lacs as development charges too.


All visitors are warned since DHA have changed its policy about a year ago and now transfer all PLOTS all dues clear only. You should not have to pay any development charges. They should be included in price of plot.

Where files are transfered buyer is still responsible to pay development charges.


All visitors are warned also informed SOME DEALERS are selling DHA Parkview files as DHA 8 proper files to some clients. DHA 8 proper is available 34.40 lacs but DHA 8 Parkview file of one kanal is only 24.50 lacs. Beware both are not same files. You must be careful and try to buy DHA 8 proper first if you can afford it.

Friend I don't care from where you buy but If you are not sure what you are buying please do call me BEFORE you make a deal final. It wont cost you any thing and may save you a lot of headache.
