I request Brothers from Pindi/Islamabad to give an update above scheme. Is it a genuine or a fake scheme?. The Spinzer Linkers (Pvt) ltd have floated this unofficially , but have collected crores of rupees from the public on personal contacts including myself.

I will be grateful for latest news about this scheme.

I would never recommend anyone to purchase any plots without first checking with the relevant local authority to ensure that the scheme is approved and legal and has an NOC.

I have also 2 plots 4 kanal in spinzer from since I was trying to find them is no phone number answered or email address working. I my self trying to find out them . No success I m . If anyone know where the gone . Let me know . I have 2 others family members they have same problem. I requested to those who have in spinzer plots please. I also have a 4 kanal plot farm house in spinzer. I purchased in 2006 and still have not received anything genuine about it. If any one have any information about this society pls contact me at Azhar_Malik826@yahoo. Com

I am one of many unlucky Non resident Pakistanis who bought plots in the Spinzer Fermhouse in Rawalpindihousing scheme ,thinking that Islanabad are will be good place to resettle in Paksitan.I bought two ,4Canal plots but am unable to followup on takinp possession.
Would anyone please provide their office adress and phone numbers. I understood that they have an office in Islamabad.

Aoa my uncle had also invested in the project of spinzer farm houses project, i have received all his documents from an unknown source, on last page they have also mentioned their number and office location but the number is not active and not a single clue of their office location as they have just mentioned spinzer linker PVT ( Ltd) F-8 Markaz Islamabad, now i m trying to find out the purpose of their communication and trying to figure out why they have sent all the copies of documents but still no success, Does anyone from affectees have received the same thing or have any clue plz share..
