Further to my previous post no. 45390 dated November 05, 2009 refers.
I am surprized no body noticed my post and even a single reader did not answer it. Should I take the impression that this scheme has no worth and I should not purchase a plot in this scheme ?
or this scheme has no any good reputation in the market ?
what I am told by the Property Dealers that its very good scheme or Urban Developers and may give very good return if invested at this time becuase this scheme has signed MOU with DHA and soon all rest of the formalities will be finalized.
Please help me Sir CMY in decision to purchase plot in this scheme. My final decision relying on your's precios advice please

Think 10 times prior to invest in Central Park. I believe there several better options are available. Urban Developers is unable to fulfil its promises. I do own a plot in since 2005. Trust me I could not recover my losses as of now. Its all because there is no sign of possession in the near future. |

Brokers will always tell you to buy soon for one reason or another otherwise you will miss the boat. Don't just listen to brokers go and see the location and compare it with other locations and your budget and then make a decision. |

I am also undecided about my Plot there, Keep it or sell it. It's location changed so many times. Now it is 1470-D. Brokers told me that I should wait 3-4 months, Prices will hike up. Iam holding it since last 5 years but it's price is same. |

Prices in central park are stable since a long time and also at their lowest level. which loss you can bear at maximum if you invest there..? |
