There is no 5-marla catagory in Fazaia Lahore.

Shall appreciate your little attention by advising me about DHA as requested above because some people are suggesting some other property schemes. I am not interested in any other housing scheme other than DHA. Thank you Mr wajahat for educating people.
I heard from friends that your advise is always honest and having good credibility in the RE Markets.An early advise will be highly appreciated by me.

Assadullah sahib thanks for your wait. DHA Lahore phase 5 is currently the best phase to start a new construction. Price range here is 58 lacs to 125 lacs.
Personally I like DHA Lahore phase 6 because I believe that will the best place to own a plot or to live after 2 to 3 years. DHA 6 will be Defence within defence in next 3 years max.If you can wait for 1 to 2 years to start your dream house please go for DHA Lahore phase 6 B H or J block. I own plot in DHA 5 but I chose to make my dream house in DHA 6 because a little wait will reward me a lot more in long run.
