The best sector in coming days close to margala hills, unfortunately the development contract was awarded to a low grade contrator by sher pau. Price are close to but will shoot high

I live only 1 km away from D12. Good news is that CDA plans to give possession of D12/3 by this december. D12/1 and D12/4 are also 95 percent complete and possession is expected soon. D12/2 is much behind the schedule but now all efforts are in D12/2. Prices I am not sure as country political situation is in turmoil |
