Now we can see what D-12 looks like today. Have a look at G-13/ G-14 as well. I wish someone brings recent picturs of these sectors. I can tell about G-13 where 10~15% houses are built and another 10~15% are under construction. Who will still go for D-12?

Waqas replied on Saturday, November 7, 2009 06:30 PM  Dear Umair, This is the general perception in Islamabad real estate that G sector are for general public F sectors are for 1st Class E sectors for for executive class and D sectors for Diplomat's The prices of plots and houses proves the above in every existing sector too Sector G-13 is ahead in the development as it started 4 years earlier then D-12 but lower in price and difference in price will increase further in coming years.

ABD replied on Sunday, November 8, 2009 01:22 PM  The sector close to Margala Hills are expensive then an other and Prime example is E-7 . Even the subsector of sector close to Marhala are costly then remaining. D -12 is will be the 1st sector of this series and only time will tell where does this stand. The lay out plan on D-12 is very impressive and big house of high profile people along the Margala hills can make it even impressive. Close to GHQ is also a plus point as security concern.
