Can some one explian the property sitution in UAE. It has been crashed end of last yr up to Jun 2009, Still is it in going down, or started to pick up, is it worthable to do invest there right now.

The property market in Dubai will take about 5 years to recover. It may not fall much as it may have or will bottom out soon but also don't expect any price rises in the near future either as there are many developments in the pipeline or on the market and very few people out to buy at the moment. |
