I am planning to book one house in it. The details are as follow;

covered area is 2853#
Total price is 7,502,952 PKR
I will pay this amount in 9th installment. What you guys say, is it good decision. Please comments on this.

Self-constructed house would be more cost effective. As in 10 marla house there could be 4 beds and 4 bath attached with each + you can design according to your requirement,choice and budget. |
