.Long time back, when we used to invest in realestate during 80's, by saving dime and nickle;we never had an access to daily update of prices. at times we also forgot that we had a plot some where. By the turn of the century after 20 years property dealers started calling and offered big money, bigger than what I could imagine, one even even contacted me in a foreign country paying $10 per minute. I almost got into their trap. Today as a retired person, I am having good life because the property.
One day your property will pay you back. It is bad times, don't get disheartened. We are all on board. The post 2005 investment in Real Estate had been a nightmare to some of us. You are not alone. |
