Can somebody explain the reason for lower prices in Bahria Town Ph. 3 in comparison to other phases.My plot is on street no 5.

You must be disappointed that non of the forum member answer your inquiry I waited as long as you and now you request is going to the next page any moment so I am writing but not with full confidence I believe one of the major factor is Phase 3 is in deeper ration and on just push up soil. Some roads are in steep slop and some might get washed away while houses are constructed. High voltage is also a factor passing on plots on main road. in simple not a good land scaping in this phase. |
