Kindly let me know the approximate monthly rental of a 3 Years old HOUSE in DHAI, Phase I, Block A, street No. 9. pLOT Size 500SQ

2 Room and 1 Hall
Ground Floor
3 Bed Room with attached bath + (Drawing, Dinning , Living room & Kitchen
First Floor
3 Bed Rooms with attached bath, big TV lounge (Living room), Kitchen, Terrace, Servant Quarter and roof.
Would appreciate a fair rental for such kind of house

Lahore DHA rate for such a house should be PKR 70 K per month. Accomodation and covered area for 1 Kanal is excessive.In DHAI the rental should be 10%+/-.
Your construction is like 2 kanals, but tanents here don't pay extra for extra accomodation. Please do'nt be dicouraged by my estimate, this is the minimum you should get with 10% increase every 11 months. Do'nt wite lease deed for more than 11 months. |

We rented in DHA-I ph-1 for 20k rupees and after 1 year he increased the rent by another 2k. It was upped portion with 3 bed/bath. |

if you will get 70k / month you will be very lucky,bcz this is not islamabad but .....far from islamabad |

I live in DHAI Phase-1 Islamabad and know that a house with similar specs but full basement is rented at Rs60,000/month. |
