Dear Reader,

Sponsors of Jeddah Town Phase 1 have looted multitudes and still are trying to further victimize/loot every buyer/client by makig unlawful changes in map/plan of so-called town. I request all, please provide me a copy of original map/plan of Jeddah Town Phase 1 approved by CDA. Especially, some offecir/official from CDA or any victim or CMY can help. I want to approach authorities to make Jeddah Town owners obey law and follow approved plan/map. Also those people may contact me who are suffering due to hanges in plan of Phase 1.

The top management of Jeddah Town Phase-1 remained under custody on the charges of financial embezzlement. If that could not prevent malpractices of the management then nothing will. Mr. raja is right don't waste your time and get out of this scam ASAP.

Contact CDA they should a copy of the approved map. Or alternatively some agents in the Islamabad/Pindi area may also have the map.

we have invested our hard earned money before 15 years, so we can't forget Jeddah town .

I have contacted to CDA but no reply , we should contact to Chief Justice of Pakistan to take necessary fast action to help Effecties of Jeddah town .

My friend (Anwar Hussain) and myself are also victims of this company and bought 2 plots around 15 years back and still looking for physical land.

I will also try to arrange the copy of 1st plan which was approved before the GT Road was doubled.

After that the whole scheme was screwed up.

Please arrange a strong movement as a group and do not give up.

Hope you will fine, i am an owner of 500 Yards) in Phas-I of Jadda Town, the plot is fully paid and i have all the required documents of the plot. i want to get following information about the plot:


is the plot is transferable?
what is the present price of the plot


if you never mind can you give me the email address of those allottees who are effectees of Phase-I for discussing the matter and to take some positive steps. its is possible in this way if we all should get unit and take this matter to Hight Court for pressuring the CDA to getting the possession of the plot. According to my latest information the owner of the Jadda Town sold all the phase-I plots to Saudia Arabia and UK, but i don't know how to get in touch with the owner to get any kind of information on this matter. please help me out, if you get any latest information regarding the above matter please let me know as early as possible, i shall be very grateful for your kindness. please reply on following email

As Salam O Alaikum,

I have gone through the above conversation, if Jeddah Town is under the Siege of CDA how the owner Has sold the plots to the people.
Its Just ripping off innocent people who have saved the money for there future needs and bought pot to save the investment.
Is this Jeddah town property Transferable in the Court House ( Registry).
In any brother has information please Share.

I also want to buy a house in sector 1, jeddah town recently visit twice people (agent) told me that they will give me only alotment letter instead of registry or intekaal please clarify and tell me is it genuine or not mean jaddah town is legal or illegal please breif me looking forward for your helping words.
