AOA to all members of the forum. Today at GEO news I saw an advertisement of EDEN POINT which is somewhere in front of dha phase 5. They are offering (ALMOST) developed plots in easy installments. I request all members of the forum to share the information or their suggestions regarding this project.

In this era of 21th century people of my motherland are giving away their hard earn money to Double Shah so what if Eden has thrown his fish line to catch innocent fellows.

It is the individual think and rethink investigate and reinvestigate before investing OR just buy in DHA &/or Bharia Atleast you will get some thing by the end of the day.

I also see this AD today but no NEWS in there website... Offer is looking very cool because location is good one and developed plots ... also waiting for more detail. I think in tomorrow newspaper they will give AD's along with all the detail

beware of the fact that such plots are at bankers avenue co operative (so called) society and many problem exist with this society. HAMESH KHAN DEFRAUDED MEMBERS , NAB INVESTIGATIONS ARE ON, HIGH COURT CASES ARE ALSO THERE. PLEASE CHECK EVERY THING BEFORE INVESTMENT.

you all people I think crazy, just look up what the EDENY POINT prices, its new schemem and they are selling 1 MARLA 200,000.00 and possession will be given after 5 years, what the hell is this.
Its mean this development will be gone long and long time. If you ask my personal opinion this is funiest scheme I ever seen
