Yah but its not the only reason because Ganda Nala ( Hudaira drain ) also near DHA 6/7 as shown in MAP then what about that?

DHA phase 7 is laying on the Nala based on this diagram but physically its little far from it unlike bankers avenue in which eden are partners for Eden point is on the Hudaira drain.

i just want to know the history of Eden Point which is situated adjacent to phase 7 of DHA.
can any body confirm me either the bankers avenue & eden point on the same land or these are two different housing projects.
