Dear CMY and others,
Is it good option to sell the plot from the P block of DHA-7 (No. from 421-26) and get file of DHA Ph-8 proper at this stage?. I have no idea when P block will be given possesion and ready for construction. I have also no plan to construct house there as it is just for investment purpose to switch over if it is realy worth to gain in future.
The only fear is that in the balloting may location of plot could not be on good location (like near graveyard, school, etc). So little risk is involved, and sometimes has to take risk.
How this move would be beneficial.
Can you please tell in details that how is location of DHA-8 and its future prospects, mostly say it will be best phase in whole DHA, is it correct? So if you consider it will be best move then I can sell this plot and get file in DHA ph-8.

Iqbal bhai its not right move to sell your P block plot for proper DHA 8 allocation. If you have a DHA 7 X Y Z V block plot than a switch over is highly recommend. |

I agree with CMY beacuse Phase 7 is true living place. DHA phase 8 will be more commercial |
