CDA I-16 balloting ...,

Can any one conform that these new rates of CDA is lower then market rate ?

personally I feel its still little higher then market rate..

any future prospect of I-16 ?

Better to buy 30x60 plot in G-16...nowadays it cost around 7-9 lacs...and its far better then I-16 in every means.

The person referring the post about I-16 was, in fact,written by me which eventually became so controversial that people started calling me propagationist, manipulator, acting as GOD etc etc(Plz read the above referred post). Though, I wrote for the benefit of the visitors and my estimation even became reality before the balloting of this sector.

I don't want to get into those controversies once again by any chance of coincidence of the name and refrain to comment any further. Thanks
