Could smeone please tell me the latest rates of plot sizes 40x80 and 30x60 in Khayban-e-Kashmir Islamabad sectors G-15, F-15 & F16.

40x80 - 35 to 45
30x60 - 24 to 30

Price given by ARG is for G-15 plots , price for 40x80 size plot in F-16 is cost of land+ dev.charges if paid+5 lacs Rs.profit.

changing things very rapidly,cda have no future good housing projects,even loose there prime lands like in e/11,d/12 etc and have no funds to maintain there old sectors,future housing projects are rubbish like i/16, i/14 etc people are not stupid to throw there hard earning money,so cda begging private sectors like multi,dha and bahria,so it is clear don't invest in any new cda housing project but invest multi,dha or bt,in zone5 no any society have compete bt or dha,so AJK society have no value in zone5.

i wish brother atiq that he would be able to market his plots in bahria in dha where he lost big time. in dha where kanal file is now available in 7 lac and still going down.

I agree with Atiq, in zone 5 , goed societies are DHA and BT, AJK has no value. But still i prefer zone2 than zone 5.

amjad don't worry i am not want to construct my house in dha bahria or another society,i already constructed a most beautiful my house in e/11,more than this i don't want to invest in pakistan or nor wanted to shift my family in pakistan,i already sold my all property from pakistan,i have nothing in pakistan.be realistic and guide people properly,don't confuse people by talking zones at present,simply cda constructed sectors,dha phase 1 and 11,e/11 and bt develop sectors are live able places and d/12 have some hope for people if this sector will hand over,all others in islamabad are rubbish don't wast of your money and beware property dealers in seance 90 percent pakistani population is property dealer every one try short cut and looking other pockets.

Atiq Raja sb,this was another Amjad who wrote against you, i still prefer DHA and BT in zone 5 than any other housing society. I own some plots in J&K Khayaban Kashmir & CDECHS in zone 2 but i have constructed my own house in E-11/3 but most of the time i spend in Holland with my family and this is true that E-11 is only the sector at present where people can build their houses to live.

dear brothers

being an investor i have experience that don't go on rumors at all go and see the place by your eye and no matter the place is elevated or in depression but put the price for that property. you buy it or not because if the property is clear from all encumbrances one day it gives the profit to investor all investor has to wait till the good time.
i have invested in banigala, G-15, Ministry of commerce, other places in private land near islamabad. i am good and i use to sell the property on my rate to only genuine buyers not the dealers. so if you want to buy any property straightly go to owner not the dealer.
