Dear Friends
I purchased a plot is sector E-12 in 1996, the price has increased 4 time but no sign of development. I am not in hurry and still have time to wait for other 4/5 years but some time do get frustrated.
Will I be in position to construct my house :h
I would like the experts of Islamabad to guide me should I sale it or hold and wait.
How much more time it can take to develop this sector. Do I have passed through the hard time or there is still much more time to go in wait.
Please suggest and recommend sincerely. :flg

i wonder if E-12 can be developed in near future, because i visited the area couple of weeks back and observed that road approach is only upto E-11 and then there is golra village (most part of E-12) and road cannot go thru(except small village road which cannot be widened due to Mazar etc). CDA is also using a small road for accessing D-12 between D-11(GHQ) and e-11, and between e-11 and e-10(GHQ). This small road will be widened in future and will be connected to proposed Margalla Road; hence by-passing E-12/golra village.

I am not sure when this sector will get developed but if I was you I would have hold this investment. E-12 is the last opportunity to have a home in Islamabad for a mediocre and after this sector, to have a house in Islamabad will be a dream for average class person. I sincerely suggest, hold your investment, development of this sector is should not be far off now.

Land of E-12 is in adverse possession. Land acquisition is the main hurdle in start of Development work, Cases are filed in High Court and PM Secretariat.Decision from Wafaqi Mohtasib is expected before
15 Dec.Last hearing before Wafaqi Mohtasib was on 19 Nov.
CDA is facing pressure from different quarters to develop sector E-12.
A meeting between OLD residents of E-12 and Director Land CDA was held in CDA on 16 Nov in this regard.
CDA is agreed to allot Plot to the children's of residents
born before 1986.This was the main demand.
If u are not in hurry then i recommend u to hold the plot & Wait till March at least.Future and location of this sector is very good.
All Plot holders are suggested to write letters or met personally to Brig Asad Munir
Member Estate.

Despite of inordinate delay Development work in D-12 is near completion U an start home in April or maximum June 2010.Chairman CDA has given 31 Dec 2009 deadline to contractor during his visit of
D-12.Northern strip near E-11 and D-12 is under development through joint venture of CDA and MPCHS.Plus point of sector is that Federal Secretaries have been allotted plots in D-12, in recent plantation drive CDA has planted thousands of trees in sector.
D-12 will be a beautiful sector of Islamabad like E-7, F-6 ,F-7,F-8 in near future.Due to scenic view and prime location D-12 is much better sector than E-11, G-13 and G-14.

dont waste your money in e-12 or d-12. all property dealers are corrupt in islamabad. there is no future specially in e-12 so stop dreaming you so called mediocre my foot
