I purchased a plot in a housing society at fatah jung raod five years back. There is no plot or developement till now and society is not willing even to pay back my money. Please advise what options I have to get my money back

Brothers from Pindi/Islamabad,
I have also been trapped by Spinzar Linkers Pvt Ltd in their so called Spinzar Farm Housing Scheme on Fateh Jhang Rd near Fateh Jhang Cadet College since last 4 years.
Kindly give an update if any Brothers from Twin cities know about the above scheme. |

Model town is coming in red zone and building construction is not allowed in the area, hence the authorities has stopped work on
the project.You better approach the higher courts with a hope to get justice.

iam allso effected by model town baba fareed every time i go to them they say soon work will start and to ge refund have to wait untill they have money what can we doand where to approch plz advise.

The only authentic housing society on Fateh jang road is PAF TARNOL.It is fully developed and all the transection/transfer of plots is handeled by Housing Directorate at Air headquarters.No chance of fraud.Please see yourself and then invest |

These BASTARD people "BABA FAREED HOUSING SOCIETY". I had bought 3 plots or KANALS in 2002 on cahs 10 laks, still no land / document
i am in America last 18 years and had visited 5 times from USA.
but no luck Allah Subana O Tall will put these peopl in great hell here and hereafter. |

I have a 10 marla plot in baba fareed model town housing society and its been about 10 years. I have given 2.5 lac by now and no plot , no development nothing. Their manager salah muhammad is always discouraging and their owner sheikh usman never attend phone. |

NAB RWP has actively taken up case and are pursing the owners for a plea bargain. Please submit an application with NAB in case you havent and take diary number on photocopy.
