can any one give me approximately estimate for 7 marla plot construction single story as well as double story in safari valley rawalpindi. i am planning to start construction very soon, your valuable advise will be appriciated.

construction rates are of two types.ist with material and second without material.
1.400 per sft without material upto finishing.
2.1400,1800,2500 per sft with material.

thanks mr ARZ Business, i informed here that i am from dubai but it doesn't mean that i am out of toch from pakistan. i need the appropiate rates which are the running market rates.any how thanks for your advice |
