Dear brothers,
What is the best investment at this stage in Lahore for commercial purpose in 6 Mio range. Please advise if it is good to get 4 M Com. in DHA-8 Broadway or back of MB of Ph-6. I do not know how long it can take to construct small plaza over there. 4 M plaza how much can be rented.
On Canal side, can you please suggest if BT-C 8 M Com. is at good price now and will gain in future.
No doubt that BT has good planning which is good for living but for commercial purpose do not know how this area will be active for commercial activities after 2/3 years. So your opinion is needed for the finalization.
Also is it good time to get DHA-8 file?
