Islamabad Sector E -12 and Your Views,

In one of the recent discussion on E-12, I am convinced not to sale my plot and hold it , the reason is I can easily buy same size plot in DHAI- Phase 1 / 2 & /or in any developed phase of Bharia at any stage from now ……. So why hurry :)

My gut feeling is one day a plot in E-12 will be worth same size plot with constructed HOUSE in DHAI –phase 1 / 2 or Bharia, and it is all matter of starting development.

I am not exaggerating E-12 was worth same as D-12 and well ahead then E-11 at one stage but now D-12 and E-11 are more then double in price due to their development status.

CDA has no choice neither can afford to delay further and I believe difficult time of sector E-12 is over and development of this sector will start soon and again the prices of E-12 will be equal to D-12 and higher then E-11.

E-12 is much better located and a complete sector and not an off cut of Gollara like E-11. If the prices of E-11 can go high why not of sector E-12

Brother Mian Nadeem has commented that a serious negotiation is going on and soon there will be a break through in the development of sector E-12. Mian Sahib I will appreciate if you can write here the cell number & /or email of Brig. Asad Munir member estate E-12 for our follow up.

Experts of Islamabad properties are requested to share their views and comments on sector E-12 in detail. :) :) :)
