First, I should appreciate your efforts to guide people, you are doing good job.
Brother, I want to know rates, market trend, development and suitable block to invest cum built about DHA Phase 6, I heard that prices in this phase are declined now and this is good time to invest in this phase in order to built house after 1-2 years.
Please guide me like your own brother, I am interested in Phase 6 but I need your valuable advice on this.

Rehman bhai I try my best to answer from my heart and help every as they are my brothers. No one knows more than me the feeling & needs of overseas Pakistanis because I my self spend most of my life ( 28 years ) in KSA and USA. I lived outside of Pakistan longer time than I spent in Pakistan. I know every Pakistani need a person in Pakistan who they can trust like a brother and I try my best to be a "GOOD" brother to each overseas Pakistani.
I believe best blocks for investment and constructing a house in DHA Lahore phase 6 are B H and J blocks if some one has 57 to 65 lacs budget. If some one have 50 to 55 lacs budget than I will say buy G or C block plot. If your budget is 42 to 47 lacs than go for D block. If your budget is less than 45 lacs than I would say go for E or F blocks. I don't like N or M blocks they are too close to Pangali Village and R block of DHA 7 is better option if your budget is under 40 lacs.

Dear CMY-
Would really appreciate for your input as to whether Olympic Stadium in Phase 6 has been cancelled or that is still intact. If stands cancelled, are they going to have additinonal plots or other plans? Many thanks |

Ali sahib until today I have never heard stadium was canceled but I don't think it will ever be made either. This is my personal opinion only. I think new plots will be added here at some point in future. |

Dear CMY Sahib, Any reason not to mention Phase 6 K & L blocks in your analysis or is it just an oversight. Especially there are houses now constructed in K block and possession is already given in both K& L blocks. Thanks |
