Dear Forum Fellows
I am constructing a home in Military accounts Lahore, the plot dimensions are 24 feet wide and 75 feet length, I have left a 5 feet area in front and the site engineer is forcing me to leave 10 feet in front which is in this stage where i have made the base of house. My questions are:
1. this society is not approved by LDA, what is the draw back maximum i can have ??
2. What are the bylaws of LDA for this 8 marla plot having only 24 feet width and 75 feet length??
3. Can i get my map approved from LDA? if yes what is the procedure?
I would appreciate your help in this regard.

your home is in Military account society and you have to do construction as per society standard.LDA Binding can be avoid by giving bribe but it is not possible in good societies for example compare "Defence" and LDA societies like IQBAL Town And Johare Town.2nd thing do you have registry of plot in your name ?.
Please follow the instruction site engineer but society have to apply rule for all members.Regarding approval of LDA people should not purchase plot in societies those are not approved.It is possible that there will be dispute going on among LDA and society regarding approval For approval society have to fulfill some regulation like society should should keep open space and parks in every block have.minimum road structure ---exc. |
