Latest Price of DHA 8 proper is mentioned daily, by CMY the develoment Charges are not Known But I can give you idea.
In 2002 DHA 6 Development charges were 6 Lac
In 2006 DHA 7 Development charges were 9 Lac
In 2008 DHA 8 [small pocket] 10 Merla development charges were 7 lac
Looking at above history it looks the DHA 8 proper Development charges will be between 12 to 15 Lac, 12 Lac Looks more realistic if it will be after few months, and 14 Lac if after June 2010.
