Dear CMY and other experts,
I want a com. plot in budget of 6-7 Mio and to make plaza after 2 years. The question to ask from you is that where do you recommend to get com. plot in DHA locations (Ph-6 CCA, MB, or Broadway is better).
If this budget is not enough for DHA then do you recommend to have 8 M com. plot in BT-C and could there be potential after 2 years for making plaza. I heared also about sector C that in future it will be good for commercial purpose and will it connect to Multan road or Ring road?

I think buying Bahria town sector C commercial may be more attractive option for me If I want to make plaza in two years. If my target is to make a plaza after 4 to 5 years than i would recommend Broadway commercial if plot size is 8 Marla or DHA 6 MB if plot size is 4 Marla.
