In my view, as one of the contributor also said, CDA has no option but to develop this sector by all means. If it fails absolutely and comes out of the deal, it will be a disaster and complete lose of CDA credibility. That will even lead to the question of CDA existence. And that’s not going to happen at any point.
I would suggest making a pressure group. All those how have bought a piece of land in E-12, form a union or a formal group. Pressurize and challenge CDA in the court and any other possible platform. That will yield results and not individual effort. Take a step and make a move, NOW.

E-12
At present, possession is being taken over of Sub-Sectors E-12/3 and E-12/4 and construction of the access road from F-11, which terminates at D-11 and D-12,has been started. CDA has started provision of rehabilitation benefit to the affectees
of E-12. So far possession of approximately 2500 kanals of land of E-12 has been given by affectees. Service Road from Shah Allah Ditta to E-12 is being constructed.
The bottom line is, it is the matter if servival of CDA and there is no option but to develop E-12. Hold your plot / investment and you will get benifit. |

I also believe that the sector is having a great location and not much time is left seeing it developed. and we will also see more new sector coming up with better and modern development works.
You are right, this is matter of CDA’s survival too. |
