Could you please advise me on a couple of things if you start building your house and you cant complete due to budget constraints would Valancia fine you or any other problems could occur.
if you go for the lowest cost with material is that 650 per sft.
Can brother CMY please give update on his house building.

No problem if house is not completed, but it should not result into any problem for the residents e.g. dumping of building materials in an improper way. The lowest cost will not be less than Rs.900/- per sq.ft |
